Personality

Isla.

Isla was introduced as showing almost no emotion, but has since developed more. She is very innocent, and often has difficulty understanding how social situations should work. When it comes to Tsukasa, Isla becomes jealous easily and is eager to be impressive and useful to him. Isla cares deeply about the feelings of others. It has been stated that she was the first employee of Terminal Service #1 to cater to the needs and emotions of her clients, and that the rest of the staff followed Isla's example at Kazuki's request.

Tsukasa.

Tsukasa is a very happy, sociable and likeable person. He easily befriended his colleagues at Terminal Service #1 except for Michiru who acted snobish because of her seniority over him. As the story progresses, he became one of the few people with whom Isla communicates with extensively. He is shown to feel for his clients, often becoming upset when retrieving Giftia, even going so far as to seeking out a client after a botched retrieval to apologize.

Kazuki.

While at work, Kazuki is a no-nonsense leader, who understands the feelings of her employees and co-workers, but also understands that there is work that needs to be done. She does not care for slackers or those who interrupt the work that Terminal Service is trying to accomplish. In spite of this, Kazuki shows that she also has a very strong devotion to those who are close to her. This example is best seen in her relationship with Isla, her former partner. The love that Kazuki feels for Isla is so strong that she convinced all of the staff at Terminal Service #1 to follow Isla's example of ensuring that each recovery is personalized to the client's needs, even though Isla's methods are inefficient from a financial standpoint. She is intensely protective of Isla, and wants only the best for her. Outside of work, Kazuki is seen to be very fond of alcohol, but is completely unable to hold her liquor.

Michiru.

Michiru is shown to be moderately hot-headed, and she takes her job very seriously. However, she is shown to also have a softer, more romantic side, though she tries to keep it hidden because of her Tsundere personality. Michiru cares deeply for Tsukasa and Isla's relationship and does anything she can to support them.

Zack.

Zack is a Giftia who works as support for Michiru Kinushima. Though Zack has the appearance of a young boy, he is actually a very skilled Marksman. Zack seems to be very aloof, but he is quick-witted and typically ends up with the upper hand in social interactions. He is often seen lounging around and playing handheld video games. Very little has been divulged about Zack at this point in the show.

Miru.

Eru gets along well with the other Terminal Service's staff due to her cheerful personality. She also likes Isla because of her cuteness, much to Isla's discomfort. Eru also has a unique way to call other people with the suffix "-chi" (ex. Islacchi, Tsukasacchi). She is also known to be a "shameless pervert". Eru is comfortable enough about her large chest to use it as subject for humour. One instance she teases Tsukasa for looking at her breasts, "peering at a maiden's secrets" at the Unit Testing Room when he peered down to look at a data monitor that she was holding. (Episode 2) In another instance she bonded with a former neighbour who was a Giftia over the size of their breasts.

Constance.

Constace is known for his gentle personality. He get along very well with other Terminal Service #1's staffs. He is seems to be a wise man, as shown when he talked to Tsukasa. He can gets along well with Kazuki, who was a tempered person.
